Accommodation prices vary depending on the number of guests and length of stay. Therefore, please refer to each category of rooms / apartments.

Prices are in euro and include VAT, hotel tax, utilities (water, electricity, TV, WiFi), parking, services, welcome set (shampoo, soap, detergent, dishwashing, cleaning products);

Payment is made at check-in;

An extra charge of 10 Euro is payable for check-in after 22 o’clock.
In case when is booked more than 3 rooms , Aparthotel has the right to apply different policies and conditions, including payment/collection policy.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- When you book, is required minimum advance payment of 30% of the total value /or all the amount.
- The difference of 70% shall be paid at the latest 30 days before check-in.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- 30% penalty for cancellation more than 30 days before check-in.
- 50% penalty for cancellation between 7-29 days before check-in.
- 100% penalty for cancellation less than 7 days before check-in.
